Queued up several

After my orgasm I did a quick wipe down with a dirty pair of boxers I had on the floor(was gonna wash today anyways) When I woke up this morning I had some wood, so I attempted to reorientate in a more comfortable position, it felt as if the tip of my penis was stuck to the waistband of my boxers. I continued pulling it off and it was pretty painful, like pulling a bandaid on a hairy arm. What I think may have happened was some of the sticky semen or precum may have been left on the tip or perhaps any leftovers trickled out after I went to bed, and it basically dried up and cemented my dick to my boxers. The pain of pulling my dick off may have damaged/ripped the urethral opening a bit causing blood to come out.
The bump is not jet black or hard. When I get a good look at it, you can see that it’s just a really dark red. Kinda like when you bleed and the blood is fresh and brightly colored but after a while it starts to darken. Any ideas or suggestions?
