We have had a lot of requests on how this works since we started shipping with UPS. Currently we do not offer a direct Hold For Pickup option with UPS during checkout. There are a couple of alternatives available.

1. Have the package shipped to a UPS Store and held there for you. You will need to contact the store of your choice prior to ordering to let them know you will be shipping there and you will need to enter their address for shipping. They have a list of people that they accept packages for if you do not have a mailbox at that location. If you do not contact the store prior to shipping there and do not have a mailbox they will typically refuse delivery. Then the package will be shipped back to us where a refund will issued for product value. There is usually a fee the store charges to hold the package for you if you do not rent a mailbox there. Make sure it is also an official UPS Store and not a third party that offers to ship packages via UPS. UPS is unable to deliver to any FedEx/Kinko’s as well.

2. We can setup a Will Call with UPS for you once the package has shipped. A phone number will need to be provided to UPS and they will contact you once the package is available for pickup at the local shipping facility. Please note that the local shipping facility is not always in your town or close to your address. This is a free service with UPS. If you select Next Day Air there is a chance we may not be able to get the Will Call initiated prior to UPS loading the package on the truck for delivery that day. When we setup this service, it adds a day to delivery because they have to reroute the package within their internal system. This is a service that only the shipper can setup.

It doesn’t give me the option to order ? any of them with Super Tight ? included too. Someone please help me here, how to ? do it?
