I Want to know if this is happened to anyone else? Is it normal for this product to develop a tear so soon? And if its not what caused it to tear?

Hey guys, I’m new here. I’ve been lurking a few days and decided to go with the STU ?. It only took two days to get, mostly because it ended up shipping from the city I’m located in.
Anyway, my first FLight was ok. Better than my hand, but not as good as I thought. Second FLight was better. Third was amazing, as was the fourth. It’s still not quite as good as I was expecting though. I don’t know if it’s because it got overhyped on the site or if I’m too desensitized or what…It’s still great, just not as much as I had hoped. I kept reading about people only being able to last a few minutes, but I had to try really hard to hurry up after about half an hour.
A couple complaints I have:
I didn’t realize how loud it would be. I live in an apartment with 3 of my college friends. I have my own room, but the walls are pretty thin and I’m always worried they’ll hear me. I guess it should’ve been expected but I just never thought about it.
Another complaint is that (especially when I have full suction) Lube ? ends up oozing out of the top at the end opposite the entrance. I’m using astroglide. Does this happen with anyone else? I really don’t think I’m using too much…

First of all, hello to you all. Today was my big day and I bought my first Fleshlight ?. I lasted for about 20 seconds or something and it was incredible! But there are things that I’m still wondering about…like:
